What does a Customer Service Representative do?
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Manage multiple contacts at a time

  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and customer service metrics

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers in social media as well as on job
Requirements
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

  • Track record of over-achieving quota

  • Strong phone contact handling skills or chat and active listening

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • High school degree preferred (but knowledge is power)
  • Knowledge of hosting different types of games
  • Knowledge of web hosting
  • 16+ Age (able to sign legal documentation)
  • Must Have a resume

De-Vouch, I applied for a job in late 2017. Owner was reluctant in his responses and missed 2 scheduled meetings.

I'm very sorry you were not able to complete an interview. While we do have scheduled meetings for interviews obtaining an interview is based on scheduling the company has. If you were not reachable or there were other events that may have occurred in the process of taking an interview you should have been let know if there wasn't a meeting happening at that scheduled time. This being said, everyone who applies for a position should be either able to work on changing schedules if they want to succeed or have patience.

If you were not reachable or there were other events that may have occurred in the process of taking an interview you should have been let know if there wasn't a meeting happening at that scheduled time. That didn't help at all, I was responding three, four, and sometimes five times as much as you were. You would respond days after my messages were delivered and the days of both interviews, that I scheduled through YOUR calendar application in AVAILABLE times, you were unresponsive and never pursued contact information.

Why would you setup an interview with someone who is not qualified? and you did not ever mention my contact information being "inadequate" as I gave you my email, discord, telegram, skype, and not to mention we had the live chat on your website fully operational for you to ask for an alternate method of contact.

Interviews are a process that is taken to help determine qualification. Sometimes people just are not qualified to keep moving forward.
