NPC Plugin (Based off Lunar)

Looking for an NPC Plugin similar to Lunar's NPC's

I am looking for a plugin which will contain NPC's with Specific features. These features will include the following:

• There will be Particles that are able to be used on the NPC
• The NPC will be able to move its head and body by rotating it towards the player they look at.
• The NPC will be able to have custom skins (such as player skins)
• Armour and items in hand will be able to be used on the NPC
• There will be able to be items placed on the NPC (such as skulls and blocks that will show)
• On Right click by player the NPC will execute a command for the player and send a message if it has this set.

This plugin should look something similar to Lunar's NPC plugin (Shown in Attachments) and contain the features listed above. The Plugin would be preferred to be coded in Kotlin however Java is also fine. The plugin will be purchased as a source code rather then a jar itself meaning i will have full rights to it. I am able to make changes as we go if i forget something (this should not really include major features as those are mentioned above) and i will want to see snippets of the code as we go along to ensure the code is not skidded and it is clean to an extent. If i believe that the plugin is not made to be what I've asked for and its missing features I will be contacting you to tell you that and if you disagree i will terminate the deal.

Most of this can be done with Citizens. You can then use another plugin like Block Particles to add the particles as it's the only thing that can't be done with Citizens.

I am looking for it to be custom made and not really the biggest fan of using Citizens and i want it all to be in 1 Plugin rather then using multiple plugins
