OctaneMC is a faction server with a huge range of custom enhancements!

We are looking for the following positions for our server:

Administration: 2/3
Moderators: 1/4
Builders: 0/3
Helpers: 1/5

All staff will receive a $10 buycraft voucher for their alts.
Administrators are not allowed to play on their mains as they have game-breaking permissions.

Here are some basic requirements that we need to see:

Discord
CLEAR and WORKING mic
2-3 hours of dedication per day
Professionality

I'd just like to warn you, this is not the best idea. The admins will most likely form a bias for the faction that they are allowed to play on their alt. There's really no difference in allowing an admin to play on their main than on their alt as they'll do the same stuff they would anyways on the main and just pass the items to the alt. It will also take away the time an admin is supposed to be dedicated to the server. If they aren't able to handle being an admin and not playing, then make them a mod. Shouldn't be an admin if they can't handle it. Sorry to sound rude, but this sort of thing happens fairly often.

That is true, but they are not allowed to join factions on their main. If found being in a faction, which we have found two, admins are instantly demoted and banned, and we (owners & manager) resolve the issue. We work hard to ensure this doesnt happen, by removing their ability to join factions. (We blacklist admin accounts).
