Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older. No exceptions.
Knowledge & Experience: You must understand what you are doing as a staff member and have a basic to strong knowledge of server moderation, rules enforcement, and player interaction.
Maturity: You must be mature, level-headed, and able to handle situations calmly without escalating issues.
Activity: You must be reasonably active on the server and available to help players consistently.
Communication: You must be able to communicate clearly and respectfully with players and other staff members.
Rule Enforcement: You must be able to enforce rules fairly and without bias, regardless of friendships or rank.
Teamwork: You must be able to work well within a staff team and follow leadership instructions.
Professionalism: You represent the server at all times and are expected to act professionally in-game and in Discord.
No Abuse of Power: Any abuse of permissions, favoritism, or misconduct will result in immediate removal.
Willingness to Learn: Even experienced staff must be open to feedback, training, and improvement.
