Didn't you just have a thread open with the same exact offer?

I'd suggest going to random small servers and applying for a helper. You have no experience you aren't representing yourself in the correct light that would make anyone want to hire you.

Shoot I have 4-5 active staff really looking for staff but I wouldn't even want you on my team.

Why re-open another one?
You don't have discord, experience, vouches, nothing. You need to get some good experience under your belt first, and actually get discord, admin is a hard job to do, and watching youtube doesn't make you qualified.
