I'm new to web development, I've created 2 websites so far - the second one definitely isn't complete. I can use Bootstrap, Astro, (I think ... ), & TypeScript/JavaScript (I've used it a little bit, I know Java, so it shouldn't be tough)
I should probably build my portfolio more before this, but if anyone's willing to let me make their website for cheaper (it might take a little longer to deliver if it's more complicated, my Bootstrap is not perfect) that would be perfect. If not all good
