What prior experience do you retain?:
I've been an Admin, Moderator, and Developer on 7 servers and on most, have gained much knowledge. I know strongly how to deal with hackers, spammers, griefers, and all the rest of the pests. Being specific, I've learned to be calm and patient when dealing with users and tasks. Here's some tips I've learnt over the years! (I can provide server IP's if needed) disclaimer if they still are a server
What do you do when approached by someone not obeying rules
I usually take the 3 tip approach which i explain below
First thing for dealing with users, get evidence. If you simply ban them and only relying on the reporter, chances are you'll get demoted and get a lot of hate. Watch them if you're sure they're up to something. Even if it takes 30 minutes. It's better to wait then to just rely on someone else.
Secondly, make sure you're giving them the right punishment. If it's your common troll spammer, don't ban them for life. Mute them. They've caused no physical or emotional harm to anyone besides being an annoyance. Now if it's a hacker using Kill-Aura, Spider, speed etc. Then you can ban them for a certain period of time or permanently. (Different servers have different rules) never disrespect or get hostile at the user. This will give him/her more laughter and the thought of overpowering you. Also shows you're a bit immature and is not well with dealing with these things. Always stay calm and if they insult you, don't insult them back. Just says "Thank you" or "Okay I understand." They'll get bored and leave after some time.
and finally i follow the rules of Administration of the server which depends on each server.

As a staff member, I always try to the best of my ability to maintain a steady efficiency and get things done. If things are not done within a reasonable time frame, players become unhappy and upset. This is decreasing their enjoyment. and as staff, I believe we must always try to improve the players’ experience, not worsen it. As for quality, I am close to a perfectionist, and I persist to make things perfect so that I am able to impress others.
Justification:
First, I am extremely analytical. I am able to piece out and critique things in a rather particular way. Equipped with this quality, I am capable of monitoring chat, and I can create advanced suggestions to better the server. Second, I am mature and have the ability of resisting the temptation of caving in under pressure. In my previous experience as a staff member, I was forced to ban and spam clean several people. I was very nervous, as an Administrator was asking me a job I was, nervous about. I overcame my anxiety and successfully performed the job at hand. Lastly, I am compassionate. I manifest feelings for people that I have never met, and I legitimately care about their well being and status as a person outside of this virtual world of the internet. Prevention of the hurt of feelings is a result of this and provides the player with the satisfaction of knowing that I firmly care about them and my quest to help them.

Well i live in Australia currently in grade/year 11 (The school system is different to America and others) i got into Minecraft through my friends when i was 12 and i instantly loved it, My favourite food would be Lasagna (It's a European food not very healthy)
I had some Minecraft puns, but I nether had a time to tell them!
Well i'm going to stop before i embarrass myself with more dad jokes.
