In Search of these Positions:
Helper
Moderator/Jr. Mod/Sr. Mod
Management Positions: Staff Manager, Community Manager
Previous Experience:
Staff Manager; hiring/firing/promotions/demotions, creation/modification of chat/server/discord rules, staff wiki modification.
Moderation; full knowledge of core protect, vulcan anti-cheat, along with handling player disputes, griefing, and tickets.
Community Manager; creating events for the community (both in-game and in-Discord), creating community posts and giveaways.
Owner (Media-Side); owned a server and was primarily in charge of creating media for the server, along with managing the discord server, and hiring media.
Reasons to Hire:
I have an in-depth knowledge of Minecraft as I've been playing since release, either staffing or simply as a normal player.
I specialise in handling severe situations due to keeping a level head, remaining respectful but having the ability to be strict and harsh when needed.
I have a high amount of availability throughout the majority of the year and am available on Discord and in-server for the majority of every day.
Previously majored in English Literature, which enables me to write in a professional manor which is both clear and concise.
