im a huge fan of designer brands irl, almost everything i own is designer, i dont like wearing non-branded stuff unless it's aesthetic
same with mc i guess, altho i never spent much on an og ever, my main i got for like less than half its value; i just enjoy the concept of having a nice account. it also helps you get known if you're a pvper, people saying "woah have you heard of (og name) is easier to remember than", dude that god "somepvpdude123x" is literally god wtf. this premise can be seen with "Tight" and "Ping", two youtubers. u can also grow a YT channel pretty easy with an og name

But, lets say, a very good og, ~400$? You then stand out in Minecraft. For ~400$ you can stand out in real life too by getting tailored clothes, or something that just looks great on you. But I guess, you have to like being around people for that. Incase you don't like that, minecraft og should be an option too. But since that is not my choice, makes me dislike OG's.
