OnyxMc network Looking for professional staff

Hello,

I am hunterherobrine OnyxMc Staff Administrator and Owner.

Today we just started the server Completely Fresh(4 servers + 1 Bungee).We are getting: Duels/Kitpvp/Mobarena/Factions/PvP/ as Our first gamemodes.
We plan to add more as well.

As we just started we Are in a huge need of Highly trained and Professional Staff members.
Currently we have 3 Main roles.


1- Server Administrators.This a highly sensitive Part Only granted to Owners,Managers,Co-owner and Developers.


2- Server Moderators. this is an Important role in our community,Ofc all roles will check Moderate the server Mods will be more focused on that subject we need Experienced and Professional Mods which can detect hackers Easily


3- Server Helpers. Those will help moderate the chat channels and More importantly they will be Our server builders you must have knowledge of using both Voxel and Worldedit Efficiently in order to obtain The best builds possible in less time.Or they can be GFX designers.


Also we have 2 Secondary roles:


- Youtubers.

- Donators

- Project contributers.

Currently the server is running on 18 gbs of ram in total and can Hold 200 Players easily. Excluding bungee of course.
The server is Located in germany. The server will be P2W. Not the P2W you know,Here at OnyxMC we define it as Play 2 win.The applications are tough ones we Can't be giving away staff roles simply.We need to do a lot of research 1st.

No Developers will work for free, end of. It asks for knowledge of the language, not capability of becoming a developer.

Why would I ask about the knowledge if I am not planning to make use of that?

Your point isn't valid some devs do work for free,I had some good ones who made plugins for free for me

Knowledge is another step towards a good application; you're basically asking people to do free development work, which decent developers won't do.

I just said,I was working with some devs in the past they were decent and they worked for free and made good plugins.

And I don't need anything large I just need a few stuff made not anything medium
just 2-3 simple plugins

Stop arguing, All most of the administrator questions were related to programming and It was stated in the main thread your point is still invalid..

and you clearly didn't read the post as I said that Admins will work mainly as Devs
Moderators will mainly moderate and helpers will mainly build
