Hey all,
I recently have planned to start my own Minecraft server! I plan to be in charge of all funds and buy all components of the server as necessary!

I plan on building an OP Prison server with cool features that will distinguish us from the rest!

Developers:
- Position is paid and will be paid after the first month of release
- Need to help with plugins, configurations, and creating customs if possible!
- Will receive payment based on time of work and level of achievement[/p] [p]

Builders:
- Position is paid and will be paid after the first month of release
- Build mines, a spawn, and every other component of a server!

Just so you know, "developers" don't generally config. They do custom plugin development. Also what kind of pay are you offering and what does "paid after the first month of release" specifically mean?

Think it means that you will be paid after the server makes some profit don't know if that means that if they don't make enough profits from the server the first month that they will be able to compensate the developers but yeah.
