Sorry but after recruiting over 20 people won’t be giving people straight up admin or any other rank.

People will be excepted to earn their rank by showing they’re active, able, and willing to help the server grow and developer.

The best staff are the ones that are with you from the start and have something invested in the server and are willing to stay through the good and bad.

However if this means we won’t get staff from mcm that’s fine, most of the time we get 5-10 people from mcm that stay and just hire the rest from our amazing playerbase.
