[Open] PAID | Staff Manager & Backend Manager

Currently looking for 2x positions to be filled on a new network in development. We will be creating a Competitive skyblock server, casual prisons, and casual survival/smp


Staff Manager
Ensures staff team is designed correctly, responsible for everything staff related, hiring process, training staff, Directing staff on how to work on each task provided to them and ensuring they will be a good role model for our network. (This includes setting up staff rank permissions, promotion/demotions, advertising for our staff positions, and ensuring spots are filled for each server we release) This position also handles hiring on media creators alongside the owner.

General Manager
Ensures servers are running smoothly at all times, works closer to bug fixes documents for the server, economy moderations/setups covering all 3 positions when another manager is missing. Handles player inquiries, resolves issues, and provides assistance promptly. This role is crucial for maintaining player satisfaction. This position also ensures server builds are setup and helps backend managers setup things in game like NPC's holograms, etc.

Backend Manager
Backend managers are responsible for the overall health of the server. They handle technical aspects, server settings, plugin management, and ensure the server runs smoothly. This includes tebex/buycraft, webpages, hosting, server setup, networking servers together.

Requirements:

• 18+ years of age
• 3+ years of Management experience
• Management and Minecraft experience in terms of various gameplay mechanics, especially in the Skyblock area

Payment:
The payment depending on the skills, and things you do for the server ranges from $25-$75 Monthly. (I know its low for starting out but keep in mind this network is brand new.)
