Well, I'm in college, and it's hard to balance my school work and a Minecraft server. I feel if I'm not on my server everyday, I'm doing a bad job as an owner.

Hmm alright. Looks like a good steady playerbase but I don't think it's 10-15 on average from what I see on the sites. Good luck with the sale OP.

Well if when he sells the server all the playerbase will leave since the only reason they play is the owner, Then the servers value is diffrent....

Okey, but this is your choice, i mean if you play like him in the server, you have to get more players, i'm sure that he can't do that.
