Opinions on a Thumbnail

Just made this thumbnail, below, just want some opinions on it. Just rate it out of 10 and if it could be improved.

Wow, very talented!
I'd recommend a few things though that would be good in my opinion:
1. Darken the background so people focus on the text and character more. (Someone else said this before me, just re-stating it)
2. I think the custom Minecraft animation dude is epic, but I think he's a bit too skinny and bent, maybe more of a running angle towards the text.
3. I'd put a different background, one that showcases the texture-pack closer up, maybe instead of a screen shot, open the pack up and take some items from it and throw the sword of the pack up in the front or something. Over-all this is truly one of the best I've seen, keep going with it, it's really good.
