Hello,
I've been thinking that you might be able to add an order system to make the whole process easier. The point of the system is to make all the negotiation through MCM without needing Skype or Discord or any other form.
The system should work like this:
1. You choose the right category, you make a title and a very detailed description of all you need.
2. The sellers are making offers with the amount of money they are looking to get and description.
3. You choose the selles you want to talk with, start negotiating.
4. A staff member will approve or decline the deal.
5. You make the deal.

All the money transfer should be done by a middleman that will be approved by MCM as trustworthy.
This way you can make sure the deal goes well and won't need to charge back etc.

But, because there is a lot of work needed from the staff team, this system will be available only for people that pay x amount of money so MCM will be able to afford workers.

Thank you for reading my suggestion,
Dori

Nope. This would make ordering stuff such a chore it would choke half the business on the forum. And it would need a team of approximately 20 fulltime staff just for this to run anywhere near smoothly.
On top of that, it would make MCM liable if anything goes wrong (just because you say you're not liable for something in your ToS as a site, does not mean you're 100% immune).
MCM is not going to involve itself in transactions beyond banning people proven to have scammed. That's a wise decision, since it would raise costs and liability off the charts. Paypal is a giant company and even for them it's a chore and a half to maintain all the teams needed to make sure they're doing whats needed.

I disagreed because if you want to deal onsite then you can use conversations. This is a long process and it’d be easier to just explain what you want or have in pms.
