Overnight Data Center Technician for ReliableSite in Los Angeles

We're looking for a Data Center Technician to join our team, specifically for an overnight shift in our Los Angeles, CA location.

Qualifications

Can assemble a server/computer
Basic understanding of networking (switches, routers, etc)
Provide support for IT hardware as specified by or utilized in Data Center environment
Onsite server builds and decommissions
OS installation and configuration
Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot hardware/server issues with focus on responsiveness while providing problem resolution
Cabling - install cables, connections and cross-connects to data center and customer equipment
Escalating issues to ensure prompt resolution
Collaboration with teammates
Willingness to learn and improve technical skills through various operating systems
Experience with Linux and Windows Server a plus!
Previous data center experience a plus!
Strong written and verbal skills
