I own a server called EndurableMC, and we are looking for a developer to do things such as custom plugins, bug fixes, plugin configuration, and permission setups. We need a pretty experienced developer as we might have some hard tasks at times. We are a small KitPvP, SMP, and Prison server. Our budget is pretty low, but will go up in the coming months. Get a Manager first (MC-M Experienced),
Most managers are cheap and most work with configurations.
They'll also be familiar with MC-M and service teams to get you a good developer.

I have a manager, but I will talk to him about trying to find a developer!
