Before we begin I’d like to let you know this may be a paid job depending on your experience within the role you are interested in. I’ve added a document outline with a table of contents to facilitate the information you’ll find in this document. We are currently looking for candidates in four different executive positions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Train Sales Representatives to provide excellent service to our customers
  
  
• Handling our freelancer/sales representative handbook
  
  
• Monitoring activity of employees. Track absences of our employees
  
  
• Recruit freelancers and sales representatives to fulfill our team.
  
  
• Reviewing applicants and updating them with their application status
  
  
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed regarding the day-to-day operations within the HR segment
  
  
• Reporting and updating the Management & C-Suite with employee and relevant information.
  
  
• Design and deliver a training plan
  
  
• Making sure applicants are to standard of the Universe Employee Requirements

• Oversee and coordinate of our budget. Ensure Universe meets budget goals and make the decision of investing in a certain product or technology for Universe.

• Able to do potential pricing and market research (Competitive Analysis)

We are actually providing a payment and to provide an amount depending on experience. Most companies here aren't even offering a payment. Of course, I am not expecting to pay $50 or a month for each individual. As we go on you'll get paid more.

He is saying that he thinks you should stop calling yourself CEO, when there is no legal title to be given. You are not a registered business, so there is no CEO position. Giving yourself a fictitious title, makes you look kinda stupid.

I privately discuss the payments as it depends on experience, age, and the amount of work they would do at Universe.
