Technical Consultant / Plugin Developer,​

Looking for someone with deep experience in Minecraft server development who can take charge of technical decisions and structure. You’ll be responsible for how everything fits together. Plugins, performance, logic, and long term scalability.

Your Role​

• Define the technical structure of the entire project.
• Decide what’s built custom and what’s worth using from existing resources.
• Handle cross-plugin communication, custom event handling, and API integrations.
• Ensure smooth performance, proper load order, and a maintainable backend.
• Help shape how gameplay systems interact and keep everything stable.,
• Write or oversee the core systems where needed.
• Teach and guide the team: plugin configuration, architecture best practices, and technical paths.

Requirements​

• Expert level understanding of Paper API and plugin development.
• Strong experience with ModelEngine, MythicMobs, and custom item plugins (ItemsAdder, MMOItems, Oraxen, etc.).
• Experience developing plugins in Java, preferably Kotlin as well.
• Capable of designing complex plugin ecosystems with seamless cross-plugin API communication.
• Skilled at structuring maintainable, optimized setups with clear logic and performance focus.
• Able to quickly analyze ideas and turn them into efficient technical paths.
• Communicates clearly, directly, and efficiently.
