The Atomix Network is set to release on June 24th, 2023 after several years of heavy development. We're a Prison server that also places an emphasis on PvP and PvE.

Looking For: Server Manager
Pay Range: $250/week+ (more depending on experience!)
Required Experience: At least 2 years of managing a live-ops server with player counts in the 100-300 range.
We're looking to hire a manager that can take care of the following responsibilities:
1) Create scripts and monitor the creation of 3x Reels/Shorts/TikToks per week
- You will not be responsible for the video editing - you will just need to work with the editor to make sure they are getting done
- Posts will need to be scheduled ahead of time on the apps/websites using the creator features available
- Scripts should be interesting and compelling for viewers!
2) Collect TOP-5 user submitted PvP clips from players on the server to be delivered to the video editor for a compilation
- Clips will need to be collected and organized into weekly folders so that they can be sent to the editor to put together
- TOP-5 compilations will be posted weekly in the Discord for community members to watch
3) Search for, contact, and build partnerships with YouTubers and Streamers to create content on the server
- Bonus if you can collaborate with the YouTuber/Streamer on what they could cover in their videos/streams. We don't want to force a creator to make certain content, but rather collaborate with them to create content that will excite users to join the server while also helping the creator's channel grow
4) Post on Twitter Daily
- You can use the Reels/Shorts/TikToks as posts for twitter, along with community announcements, and engaging posts like polls or contests
5) Engage Server Community via Discord
- Make announcements with news about the server (updates/bug fixes/new store packages)
- Hold polls using a poll bot to increase player engagement
- Announce events that will be held on the server
- Provide support to players via support channels (tickets, bugs, other various issues)
6) Recruit Staff Members/Manage Team
- Manage applications for Helpers/Moderators
- Screen/Interview candidates for the role
- Manage in-game/discord ranks for new staff members or after promotions/demotions
- Train/Onboard staff with training materials to ensure the server experience runs smoothly
- Hold meetings (when necessary)
7) Engage Game Community
- Plan, Hype up, and Host events in coordination with the development team
- Hold polls to engage the community (new feature votes, just for fun polls, important server decisions)
- Keep the experience enjoyable for the players (keep a good atmosphere, manage toxicity)
8) Anything else that you can contribute to the growing of an epic server!

As a player of Minecraft, I loved the thrilling PvP aspect of servers and the combined efforts between friends and allies to work towards common goals and earn valuable loot. As a server developer, I became tired of seeing the same game modes on every single server, no matter how popular these servers may have been. I envision a server where players have the ability to build up their character through a variety of progression paths to earn loot, unlock abilities, and climb leaderboards alongside their friends (and their enemies...). To have a community that recognizes the achievements of others and inspires players to explore and compete is something we value tremendously. After seeing many servers rise and fall, sustainability is first on our priority list. We want to create a server that stands the test of time - not a server that is here for one season and then gone the next. This vision is fueled by the passion of a dream and a talented team that continues to execute on bringing our many unique ideas into reality. Together, as a community and as a team, we can create an unforgettable server experience for all to enjoy!
