(Paying) Autorank / Ranking plugin setup

Hiya! I'm looking for someone with a good understanding of the Autorank plugin to setup my rank system by setting up the autorank config to match my ranks and ranking up requirements. I need it to run with my Luckperms setup. I can't seem to get it to run the way i want to.

When a new player joins I want it to auto choose the first rank. (It starts on default from LP) and then continue along the rank path on it's own after players reach their ranking requirements that's based on votes, total play time and money to pay for the rank.

I will of course pay for your time which shouldn't be all that long if you have a good concept of Autorank. So $10-$20 should cover it via paypal. (Sidenote: I don't accept jars/downloads, the config will need to be uploaded to pastebin or something)

I'm open to any other good ranking plugins that will promote players automatically based on the above requirements and works with Luckperms (options seem very limited).
