Paypal Cash

Looks like PayPal has introduced a new tos where it's compulsory to have a PayPal cash account. For that you need I need an SSN number and more, but I can withdraw the cash to a bank, if anyone can help me switch to a country account where no verification is required please let me know thanks!

Possibly, its a just a new TOS by paypal (click the link on TOS)

It’s just another way of PayPal having a higher chance of limiting your account. Also, in reality you think you can withdraw your money after being limited but it’s all bs, that’s how they make their money‍.

No you can usually withdraw it, but you have to actively bug them about it after the 6 month 'wait' period is up. If you forget they'll happily let it just sit there and use it themselves.
