Looks like PayPal has introduced a new tos where it's compulsory to have a PayPal cash account. For that you need I need an SSN number and more, but I can withdraw the cash to a bank, if anyone can help me switch to a country account where no verification is required please let me know thanks!

It’s just another way of PayPal having a higher chance of limiting your account. Also, in reality you think you can withdraw your money after being limited but it’s all bs, that’s how they make their money‍.

Don't make a PayPal if you're underage it's pretty simple. You all want to complian about PayPal being shit, but reality is its fine if you're 18+ lol.

Simple, use NetSpend. They will ship you a card for $10 and the bank is free. But every time you use money for something there is a $10 fee.

I have the same issue except when I made the account it was not with my real name would I be able to link my actual bank or card?

ive used paypal for almost 18 months and made the acc when i was 14 and never had problems; i do have a bank acc linked

Yes, you will be able to link your NetSpend account to your PayPal if it isn’t the same name and everything, will work so easily.

That gets them money, but the insane fees they charge on payments gets them the big money. Litterly pay 2$ f&f and it charges 3$

Like, a day before the TOS hit, I transfered all of my funds to my dad's kind of dead paypal account, now we split the account, he pays with paypal through his bank and I do stuff through balance payments.
