Paypal Chargeback + $20 Fee | How do I get my $20 USD back?

So, some little sh*t decided to chargeback a $12 purchase on my server because he did not receive staff.
Last year, when my server was opened, he also bought stuff, and I gave it back to him when the server re opened.

During the case, I was the only one to respond and provide evidence. Also, I had multiple successful transactions with the user that were the exact same type of thing, from over a year ago.

And knowing how bad Paypal is, they of course went in his favor. Also, I was charged a $20 chargeback fee for the case.

I am planning on calling Paypal tonight when my parents are home, is there any chance that I can at lsat get my $20 back.

Not sure if you can get them back, but you should have a TOS which says you can't refund your money back

He did agree to the following chargeback, You agree that you are 18 years or older / have parents permission to purchase your stuff, and that you will not chargeback under any circumstances!

Did you say the product the user purchased was intangible? You would've instantly won! PayPal only performs chargebacks for tangible products.

since recently, they also give support for intangible products, but in a limited way.

I called PayPal and got $150 back from a lost $300 chargeback earlier. You may have a chance.

I have a google wallet account with $103 in it, but no one accepts google wallet..

http://stripe.com <- Good alternative for servers. You also don't have to be 18. LuckyPrison uses it.

Thanks my biggest fear with that is finding people on servers who would accept that payment method, and people here who would accept it

Moving to it soon. I'm losing sleep over the fact that paypal can limit my account and freeze the $400 we've made. You do need a bank to setup stripe though, but it's very simple, you just enter a CC on the buycraft page and that's it. Most people don't pay with PP balance.

A bank, thats perfectly fine! My current paypal has a bank and card attached!
