The account actually isn't mine, it is my parents..I suggest calling paypal support with your parents and have them claim to be to owner of your account since minors are not allowed to own paypal accounts. once you can you might get some clearance but I highly doubt that you will get a penny back. I think it is pointless because odds are you arn't getting that money so I suggest you cut your losses. and if you're telling the truth about your age on mcm then you're breaking the TOS.
