Hello all! The other day I was chilling on G2A and sorta accidentally purchased a $40 knife for CS:GO. I have made a dispute about it and I am left wondering, if I win the dispute, how will I give the knife back? Will I have to give the knife back? Thanks for your input on this weird situation. No hate please. D:

How do you accidentally purchase a $40 knife?

Below is their policy on returns grabbed straight from the ToS page

5.6 The commission paid by the Seller to G2A.COM is non-returnable, in particular in a situation when the payment, which shall be settled in relation to these Terms and Conditions, made by the User (or other Seller) for products or services purchased from the Seller, would have to be returned by the Seller to the User (or other Seller) (e.g. as a result of the User’s complaint caused by faults of the products or services provided by the Seller). Due to the commission being non-returnable, the Seller is not entitled to claim any compensation from G2A.COM. Moreover, G2A.COM may retain on its bank account the sums of back commissions, contractual penalties, costs which the Seller shall cover or compensations owed from the Seller.

I actually want to know how you "accidentally" bought a knife. You literally have to go through all the steps of paying...

Anyways, don't try to dispute it. You'll probably lose it, because they have a no-refund policy (Unless you use one of those "g2a methods", not sure if they still work, wouldn't recommend it anyways). It's also a dick move to dispute it, because you chose to buy it, and if you do win they probably won't expect you to give the knife back and G2A will still see it as a dispute. I don't remember the consequences for disputing g2a payments.

You already bought the knife, enjoy it I guess. Or try to sell it.

Also, here's the situation I was in. Basically, I was told not to buy any expensive in game stuff for cs, but I thought Hey! I can get this knife and sell it later for money later. So I went ahead to buy it and realized I had my VPN on in Poland... So I turned it off and bought it. The next day I was chilling at the pool and my dad texted me saying someone in Poland tried to use my card last night... So I went hope and we made the dispute and I showed him that it was in my inventory and that I might have accidentally bought it. He said no, that I had gotten hacked and we needed to dispute it. So we did, and here we are now... God, the shit I get into...

Yeah, on a more serious note I wouldn't do business with you. I get scamming a large company isn't as morally fucked to some people compared to scamming an individual, but it is still scamming to chargeback after you intentionally bought something.
