They wont let me withdraw thats the issue, nor have I received the email saying, your funds are released yet.![]()
We never had the email but that is just shit - PayPal is the worst company to deal with like I've seen everyone saying in this thread lol

Thanks for the advice, yeah I do think I will eventually get the money however the process will most likely be dragged out by PayPal significantly. That makes more sense if it’s with the acceptable use policy. No matter the case, you’ll have to contact them via email and go through their process. They might request additional information, and if they do, you’ll have to cough it up to get your money. It’s probable that they think some transactions are fraud, especially if you were caught using friends and family instead of goods and services. They may hold the money longer if there’s an active chargeback on the account too. Regardless, PayPal has had a class action lawsuit for not releasing the funds on time as it is. Sucks, but you’ll get the money eventually. To make life easier, if it’s just a personal account and it’s in your name, just get a check.
The ID had been previously verified, are you suggesting they need to reverify it?They won’t just release them you need to contact them and show proof of ID and it must match the details that are on the account. I had this exact problem and it took me over 3 months to get it done.
The problem is with PayPal is that they give absolutely no shits for anyone because there's nothing bigger or better to use at the moment and bitcoin isn't widely used yet. I've personally encountered loads of issues with PayPal and the only 2 ways I could ever fix them is by staying consistent with phoning them or messaging them via their website. If you keep doing it they have to respond with a non-copy-and-paste answer. The ID had been previously verified, are you suggesting they need to reverify it?
I have yet to retrieve the funds and am not looking to get into a legal battle for it, as the costs to do this legally are way too high for the amount id be getting back.Arik did you get your 6k$ back ? If not, easy call court lol
Calling PayPal was the first thing I did. As I mentioned countless times in this thread, they were of no help. Hence why I opened this thread for advice from people who may have experienced a similar situation.People here do not work for PayPal/Cannot release funds only help in the process.
Calling PayPal is always the best option and the fastest.
