Hi!

Sometimes, transactions don't go as smoothly as we might have hoped. I have had problems on both ends- buyer and seller. As a seller, I refund if I made a mistake or misinterpreted, but sometimes, sellers get scammed. I once sold a plugin, only to have my money confiscated even though the buyer was using the plugin. Sometimes, as a buyer, the seller thinks they can run away with my money! I have since moved to MC-Market, and so far I haven't had any disputes, but still, MC-Market can't really help you get a refund, they can just ban the user and prevent him/her from coming back and scamming more people

I am a tactful negotiator and can help you get your money back! I have won every case I have gotten into (albeit very few). I will only work with you if you actually are not at fault - I WILL NOT HELP SCAMMERS!!!

I will probably do this for free, as a service to people who get scammed.

I hope people understand my good intentions and do not trash my thread.

I hear Skype resolvers and botnets are pretty good negotiators as well...

Not only are they a hassle to maintain, but those tend to be illegal under to computer fraud and abuse act, more illegal and serious than scamming. Sometimes those don't work anyways

If their intention was to scam I do not see how you can level and negotiate with them, they do not care what others have to say as long as they have received money. All in all though I think it is a good thing to try and help people, good luck with this!

I negotiate with PayPal, not with the buyer/seller. I help convince (cynics could say I manipulate) PayPal to make a decision
