Paypal payment says ”Your payment was denied.”

So im having this problem with paypal, im trying to pay someone 118$ but paypal keeps saying ”Your payment was denied.”
I haven’t receieved any email from paypal and I don’t have any limitations on my account. Please let me know why you think this is happening.

Im not paying with my cc though I have added a cc to my paypal account. When I removed the cc card it still had the same result.

If you can't send any money at all then 90% chance your limited, are you only connecting to the PayPal account on 1 IP? (1 connection)

Sounds to me like your card is getting declined. Check the card balance. If you are unable to do that, it leads me to believe something fishy is going on O

You don't receive an email right away, best thing to do is not use it for a day or two and contact PayPal saying it's not working (since they may be able to help.)

They won't, most of the time the call centre you get though to are from India so they won't be good at telling your age. And they can't be like 'you seem like your 13, time to limit your account' since you could've lost your balls or some shit.

You do know your voice is not linked to your balls right? Just for most people they drop around the same time as the voice change.

I know, it's meant to be a joke. But for real though, they can't just be like 'he sounds like he's 13 because he has a high pitch voice' since it could be a transgender person or could have hormone problems.

PayPal does have limits, on how much you can send in 24hrs on a business account. I had the same problem with them and you either have to wait 24hrs or contact PayPal support. *I don't know the limit, I just know there is one because I was told when my payments was getting declined*

If you didn't make an account in your parent or guardians name in the beginning, you're fucked.

You should've gotten emails saying you are close to your spending limit.

If the account is new (made within the last 6-12 months) and this is happening then it's more than likely going to become limited. Don't try and send any more money for at least a couple of days since this will cause additional alerts on PayPal's side that someone is trying to send money multiple times whilst it's on the edge of becoming limited. Just call up PayPal or attempt to contact them on live chat saying you're unable to send money and they may be able to help resolve this before the limitation actually happens.

I think the reason its happening is because i hit the daily sending limit. If im correct I should be able to send my money in 2 hours.
