Paypal payment says ”Your payment was denied.”

So im having this problem with paypal, im trying to pay someone 118$ but paypal keeps saying ”Your payment was denied.”
I haven’t receieved any email from paypal and I don’t have any limitations on my account. Please let me know why you think this is happening.

Are you using a paypal cash account to send these funds? Have you provided paypal with your SSN? Passport? Do you have a bank linked? Do you have frequent client chargebacks? Are most of your payments through f&f or g&s? Are you accessing your account from a location or device that you haven't before? Have you done that recently.

I offer assistance and advice like this on paypal forums, along with my fair share of issues from paypal I'm usually able to offer a solution. If you could start by answering the above questions i'll be able to help

I think the reason its happening is because i hit the daily sending limit. If im correct I should be able to send my money in 2 hours.

Yeah, I’ve had this issue before you gotta a day or two and you should be fine then.

Do you have the ability to send money to anyone else? Try sending a couple of dollars to another PayPal address.

Your account is under review. You created your account yesterday and have already created a cash account without being verified. When sending a payment paypals internal processing will flag it as a security concern. The best hope for your paypal is to close the cash account, you can do that here and only accept g&s payments until your account is 1-2 months old.

Reviews typically last for 24-48 hours, after the review they'll usually take action or in specifc cases just leave, dont hold out hope for this.

Paypal doesn't like you doing f&f payments for business, if you have many daily transactions using that payment type your account will be flagged.

A non limited account of that age would be invaluable for children trying to use paypal.

Just the nature of paypal I suppose, the older a paypal account gets, the less likely it will be limited.

The 24 hour daily limit should end in 9 minutes if im correct, otherwise im probably about to get suspended.

Yeah, this happened to me. My account got limited but their support is so shit that you cant get unlimited unfortunately. I got a email about 1-2 weeks after these messages started appearing. It gets to the point that if you make more paypals to avoid the limit they have the ability to ban the use of PayPal on your IP (Happened to me as well) I did literally nothing, just sending and receiving payments and it gets limited. Unfortunately, maybe what will happen to yours :/
