Your computers are very unbalanced, you have the "molten" PC kit that has 32gb of ram but only 1060 for the GPU. You're also advertising 4K Ultra with 1060 GPU, I can barely run 4K ultra with a 1080ti so I find that hard to believe.

Thanks for the feedback on this, a GTX 1060 will easily be able to play games such as CS:GO on 4K resolution.

On more graphic intensive games then the 1060 may struggle on ultra graphics at 4k, but there’s no doubt that it’s a good graphics card.

We have an already established customer base and we’ve not received a single complaint from any of them. This forum doesn’t predetermine our future sales.

Mind showing proof of this "Established customer base" and, I saw that you asked someone to download something and it downloaded multiple things.

We have plans to get ourselves setup on Reevoo so that our customers can display their satisfaction level publicly. However until then we don’t have any public facing reviews of our kits, although I don’t see a problem in adding a little testimonials section on our website.

With regards to the TreeSize download, we did not provide any download links - we simply recommended the software to check what files/directories are consuming a lot of storage space.

Thanks again for the feedback, the reason why we’ve put 32GB of RAM into the machine is because it isn’t solely a gaming machine. Some of our clients who have purchased that kit use it for video editing and need the memory to be running a range of heavy applications simultaneously.

We’ve taken your feedback onboard and are now considering a pure gaming kit which will focus more on the graphics card.
