WHY HELLO EVERYONE!
How are we doing today? I hope this post sums up our network in a way that you understand what we are attempting to create and also deliver enough information as well as entice you to join and help us! Now before we go any further I want to clarify something:
WE CANNOT PAY ANYONE SEEING AS WE ARE ONLY IN BETA AND ALL FUNDS GO INTO HOSTING/PURCHASING MORE FEATURES TO BETTER THE EXPERIENCE PLAYERS HAVE!
Now that we got that out of the way let's get started! I know some of you might have questions so just look below to get those answers.
What is POMC about?
We are a multi-game mode network that aims to create a nice and friendly community and plenty to do. At the moment we have just towny, Kitpvp (beta), and Creative (beta). We are under the process of creating Skyblock and Prison. We have a ton of game modes we plan on adding like an RPG style game mode, quite a few custom minigames called Squid Nexus, Defend the Core, etc. We already have a 6 player base and on good days up to 12 or 14. We are planning on advertising a ton soon so we can test out beta game modes and then after that we plan to full release and go into FULL ADVERTISE MODE. Our most popular game mode at the time is towny, it contains a lot of cool features that you normally don't see in normal towny networks. We like to say that it's like IRL Craft but easier with no dragons or anything killing you whilst you heal in the corner (plus a few more cool/fun features like furnace upgrading and blood moons).
What does my job title/rank do?
If you are interested in this position and you get accepted, you will be marked as a Manager. Now I do managers differently than any other server. I am trying to make this server run itself and I need a "Council" of people to run it whilst I'm not around (which will be a lot after we full release). These members of management will be in full control of the network. So that I can make sure that this network runs without my need to step in unless I want to.
What are the requirements for this position?
I understand that we all have a life and we do have things that can take up our time so I am more than willing to work with you as long as you let me know. Communication is key for a team to work. I DEAL WITH NO BS. You bring drama you are demoted on SPOT. We have 3 positions open for this rank! Yes, I require proof of experience!

- 5 Years + of server configuration experience
- Understanding of error logs
- Not working for any servers currently
- Not owning any servers currently
- Understanding that if I do go offline for a bit, that the server is under your control with the exception of any money-related issues. (If I were to ever go offline, I would still be able to be contacted one way or another via phone and still able to access all payment gateways)
