Devouch for Pebble.
Had a 4GB server, and it crashed when we hit 20 players. I was like, sure, okay. Started back up, crashed at 10. Just keeps crashing earlier and earlier now. Now, it takes 30 seconds to even get past the Java runtime 64x message in console.

Players can barely AFK over night without being kicked from the random server restarts (No, we don't have scheduled restarts, just randomly happens).

Would you be alright to PM me your server ID So I can take a look at your server?

Most the case a Java runtime error means a crash.

EDIT: Have contacted the user via PMs, The issue appears to be down to Featherboard, more specifically reloading featherboard in game whilst the server is running - awaiting repose from the user via PMs.

Can assure you, as long as the user is using a legit version and the latest - a reload won't just crash a server
A legit version and the latest, which he may not of, when I was looking for what was wrong the user just stopped replying to PMs, so that's the first and only thing I was able to come up with, the server itself was running fine every time I checked.

Not true. If the docker container pterodactyl uses detects the server is offline/stopped (without the intervention of the user using the stop button) it will be marked as crashed then reboot as usual. Sometimes this can result in a loop and the server will not reboot as a safety feature of pterodactyl.
Why is your reply contradicting the thing I said, but the explanations is not :/.. Only thing I said is that a simple plugin reload can't just crash a server - however there are several 'unofficial' versions out there that use the reload for ASM changes <- what can cause a crash

when I was looking for what was wrong the user just stopped replying to PMs
I am sorry if you felt like I was dissing your service - the only thing I wanted to explain was the reload would not just cause a crash on a normal unaltered version (Saying this because your reply feels defensive)

Vouch! I've been with them for about a month now bought 6 servers, the speed is good, the support is great, Discord Community is among the best I've seen they try to help you as much as possible and for $1/gb, this host is absolutely.Their discord has updates right away!

Your issue is being dealt with in a orderly and professional manner. I will personally manage this situation myself.

It's worth noting that we do not provide support via PM for a reason. We need these things documented and we have a system in place for it to be used. You are not a exception in this case.
Thank you Vipesz Someone at Pebble that can actually do their job

This situation has been resolved, Pebble kindly helped me throughout this transfer process, everything is working now.
Though I stick to my thought of Pebble not providing great support from the start, everything was very confusing and not clear at all what to do, they did take their time to transfer my server's files and helped me with what I needed to do (after the things went down, that is, oh well).

Hello,

Actually, this was discussed within our discord when we first launched our logo. This was created by someone who we actually paid to create this logo.

I really don't know who you think you are going under investigations with our company, but it's not appreciated and quite frankly rather annoying. There come's a point where you need to grow up and stop copying us as well. (Your site was literally our color scheme and font style)

For clarification: This logo was not copied. We paid someone to create this logo and there appears to be alot like it. Unfortunately this will not be changing in the near future unless drastic circumstances require us to do so.

You are free to look back in the discord chats if you're really wanting to know more about it and post screenshots. It's not up for debate unfortunately.
I don't know why you're being so aggressive about this.

Because it's rather irritating hearing about something we've already discussed, the information is there; there's nothing to hide. You are free to continue your investigation
What Investigation lmao. You legit have mental issues
