He didn't grief it, he banned me from it and removed all my access.

If you're the owner of a server you can't be removed from your own server (even by full access subusers), Banning is down to the permissions system/plugin you use (or if you OP players) but as the owner you'll always have access to the console so will be able to unban yourself at any time.

This was over a year ago and also was explained in the ticket. They said nothing could be done about it. I have no idea what the ID would be

Ok - Without knowing the exact details its hard for me to comment much further on the exact situation, although I can reassure you that the bill payer (the person who owns the service on our panel & billing panel) can't be removed from their own service & can request whatever backups are included within their plan at any time.

Staff don't tend to close tickets - By the sounds of things it may have been closed for non-reply although as above I really can't look much further into this for you without having some details of your ticket (Ticket ID, email etc)

I personally prefer 1.8.8. You could always run a poll with your server members to see what'd they'd be interested in. 1.8 with viaversion is an option as well.

Overhaul of the Backup Manager

We've heard your feedback and have been hard at work implementing a brand new backup manager which you can now access from Advanced -> Backups / Restore

Within this new manager all Premium servers can now Restore their own backups!

Alongside Premium servers being able to restore their own backups, All servers can take a backup of their server at any time with a max of 2 for Budget and 4 for Premium, You can then restore your server back to these manual backups.
We've also added a new permission if you wish to allow subusers to create, restore and delete backups, you may add this from within the Subuser manager.
ps, You can only delete manually created backups!
