Honest review.

Overall Pebblehost has been a good server host for my community and I. Support, however, could use some work. Disappointed with my last experience with the support team. Instead of properly resolving my issue that was causing my server to crash they instead tried to profit off of it stating that I would need to go buy more memory when it turns out memory was not the issue at all, and there was absolutely no indication in the logs that it was a outofmemory error/issue.

So I am not sure as to how support drew up that conclusion. Besides, I managed to buy a server with more memory because I was told I needed more. I went with a different host and I downloaded and uploaded the exact same files and folders minus a few Pebblehost files. Come to realize the issue still persisted making me realize that memory was not the issue. Instead it was a corrupt plugin. In addition, using this new host I looked at the memory and noticed I was not exceeding my plan at Pebblehost. Instead I was using 3.5 gb at the most. Disappointed that support tried to profit off of the issue. Recommendations did not work either.

But, Pebblehost has been a good provider. I would recommend them but I would also be cautious with the support team. This is one example of a manipulative support member looking to gain instead of providing accurate support. Besides, Pebblehost provides great prices, up time, and for the most part the support has been great for me besides this instance. However, when you attempt to manipulate a customer and profit off of them not knowing any better and providing inaccurate support to gain, that is disappointing.

Console log: https://hastebin.com/telunifaxi.rb - Lines 678/679. Also no memory error at all.
Support Ticket: https://i.imgur.com/vlF2FtL - The support ticket indicating it was a memory issue.
My Plan at Pebble: https://i.imgur.com/HkietpR - 5 gb Premium plan.
My memory usage: https://i.imgur.com/tQcemcD - Turns out to be 3.5 gb. Not over.

Not too keen with the support (16 hours wait time) and I also got a permanent ban in the discord just for talking in the wrong channel. I do not recommend if you want to have a server of more than 15 people on at any time.

Vouch, I've had many servers with Pebble. You can't go wrong with their prices, performance is perfect, and support is on it. If you need an affordable and reliable host, Pebble is the place to be!

Vouch, PebbleHost is an great hosting company! I have a MC server with them, tested their Discord bot hosting, and plan to add web hosting soon. No matter if you are on a tight budget or are looking to get top of the notch hardware, they have you covered. Their support team is very helpful and are very quick at responding to your questions and tickets.

I've made I'd say 3 tickets within 2 days, all 3 were dealt with very well by the support team, and when I was playing on the SMP server Dann helped me when he didn't have to, he was spending personal time to help me. From this act alone I'ma give a full 10/10 for PH and their team. Even out of personal time, they are willing to help customers. Find another hosting company that'll do this, I'll wait.

Dann, thanks for having such a great support team, company, and overall being a swell guy <3

I'm happy to announce we're upgrading all existing Premium and Extreme servers to brand new faster hardware, this new hardware is
Intel i9-9900k / Xeon E-2288G

SSDs
2Gbps uplink
This new hardware is now 42.7% faster than existing Budget.

You can read more about our new hardware upgrade within our discord here or contact our team if you have any questions here.

If you wish to upgrade your existing service, Login to our control panel and hit the "Upgrade to Premium" button.

If you're looking to purchase a new service, head over to https://pebblehost.com/minecraft

I've listed a few questions you may have below with their respective answers.

► Will the prices change?
►► No, the price will still be $2.25/GB.

► Will I lose any files?
►► No, All your files will be moved onto the new upgraded hardware for you.

► How long will my server be down for?
►► Europe has already been migrated and North America nodes will have ~30 minutes downtime per node, upgrades will be completed outside of peak hours.

► What about Extreme hardware?

It generally depends on a lot more than just how many players you'll have online, Best thing to do is contact our support team and we'll be able to best advise you on a plan.
