I can do large perm files anything you, need post here or msg me!
all my perms on my network are hitting around 1000 or more lines of code!
I have been using permex since 2011 I know the plugin well.

this will cost not a lot but I will base it off how large of file you would like
oh and I guess I should add this goes without saying. If you use Dlx chat plugin
that configuration will also be provided as well for it is not easy for some people to do so as clip has a vas config to work along with your perms! and no website can generate that yet! And if it does well I'm sure someone will hate on what I'm trying to do here!

It depends on the file size if I'm sitting here for 30 min or more of my time typing out a 1000 or more lines I would hope for at least 4$
and there is no MySQL for PermissionsEx you would need lucky perms or boss perms for that!
Both are paid plugins.
