Requirements for Admin: Must have 4+ experiences as an Admin or a Mod with a playerbase of 20-30+, 14 years of age (of course could be 13 or higher), respectful, high reputation. Be able to contribute a lot of time, as an admin we expect you to be on Atleast 3 hours a day.

Requirements for Developer:
MUST I REPEAT MUST be able to create custom plugins for the server and fix major bugs when needed. A lot of coding experience is needed.

Requirements for Head-Mod:
Atleast 3+ experiences as a Mod or Helper. Must be 14+ (Could be 13). High reputation.

Requirements for Moderator: 3+ Experiences as a Helper or Mod. Must be respectful at all times.

Requirements for Helper:
Atleast 1+ experience as a staff member. Respect everyone at all cost.

What experiences do you have? First of all I have played Minecraft since its beta version along with factions for about 4 or so years. From this I am able to help out in any ways needed and answer almost any questions asked. I know the use of commands and items likewise. My experience as staff is quite vast including owning my own server called fishyfactions which had a player base of around 25 people and 2000 usernames recorded. Unfortunately this server was shut down due to my lack if time when this server was open and monetary reasons. I have also been staff on numerous servers from helper all the way up to co-owner. In 2013 I was paid to build a server for someone because they just wanted to advertise and have players. Currently I am staff on two servers one I am co-owner and the other I am helper. These servers have a low player base though and that is that reason I am trying to reach out for staff on another server. I am extremely dedicated to servers I am staff on and will do whatever it takes to help out. I am also staff on another server but it have yet to become active where my rank is not guaranteed but I am helper (for the first week they are seeing our strengths to see who they will cut from the team).
Why I should be chosen over other players: I am also capable to record and I know what to do in specific situations and can make split second decisions. I also have good grammar and I am a mature person. Another reason, is that I can be on the server for great amounts of time. Also I know factions and Minecraft as a whole to almost their fullest extent.

I'm curious as to whom made your server logo, as it isn't originally their style. It was taken from Ross O'Donovan, it's not that I don't like the style but it's not cool when people steal others' styles. :/

What experiences do you have?
The majority of my experiences are small, such as servers with a peak of 10 players on. These are servers like TheForgottenNation where I was an administrator of Quality Assurance. Quality Assurance helped come up with new ideas for the server such as new games, content & kits. They also helped remove bugs and overall improve gameplay experience. Before resigning, I was also given head of staff due to my experience with staff management and my high activity. I am currently staff on a server called ‘StudioMC’ which is a custom coded server. I am currently the administrator of Quality Assurance, with the same type of job I had on TheForgottenNation. I also used to lead the Events Team, which was later disbanded. (Proof: http://www.studiomc.net/staff)

Lastly, I am staff on a server named ‘Delirious Network’. Delirious Network is by far the server that has given me the most experience. Delirious is a professional, custom coded Network with a very structured staff system. I am currently a helper, however, I used to be a MOD+. A MOD+ is a staff member that is part of a team, in this case, I was in the Forums Team. I also used to be in the Staff Management team which is a team I worked very hard in and a team I dedicated a lot of my time to. However, I resigned for around a month and then came back as a helper. I moderate in-game and I work very actively in the Applications Assistance team which helps assist the recruiters in choosing new helpers. I believe I should be chosen due to my experiences on larger servers, such as the Delirious Network. I am also very professional when it comes to my work as a staff member, yet I do not act what some might call “robotic”. I have worked in many different areas of staffing such as Staff Management/Forums Team (Delirious Network), Quality Assurance/Events Team(StudioMC) & Quality Assurance (TheForgottenNation). I feel I have more experience than most other applicants and I know what being a staff member means.

I focus mainly on helping internally than moderating, however I do that as well of course. This will be very useful if I am accepted as Head-Mod as I will spend my time improving our staff team and improving the quality of the staff structure. Though I have said this earlier in this section, my experience of being in Staff Management on Delirious should help immensely. This is also something not many applicants have had which is why I would be a perfect option.

I am a resigned Helper (was in consideration for Moderator, but I ended up resigning due to the server currently being a little corrupt today, and school was another reason) on a server called RealRaidz, which is running as of today! I can provide proof of me being Helper.
I was Helper for 9 months, with around 100s done reports by me and 100s of reviewed reports by me. RealRaidz is a Factions, KitPvP, and Prison server. My main specialty was in KitPvP, and Factions. This server usually has about to 90-100 players during the day. I don't usually feel like including lower player based servers, but there are two lower player-based servers I was a higher ranking on.

Why should you be chosen over others?
I understand one hundred percent that being a Helper is nothing close to higher ranking positions, as this was a pretty large player based server so it was hard to get promoted. I understand the concept of how the higher rankings work, I understand the amount of work you must put in and how to deal with different problems. I understand how to handle different scenarios. I understand how to deal with younger and older players. I believe I can handle the amount of work I am given. I know how to deal with reports, I know how to deal with hackers and I can detect them fairly quickly as being a KitPvP helper as well.

Why should you be Staff?
I believe I am ready for Moderator, as I've experienced nine months as Helper on a decently player based server. I wasn't promoted as I resigned but I know I am ready to handle the job as Moderator.
I also was given a month in denying and considering applications, I have denied around 20 applications and have considered under 10 and forward them on to the Owner. I am a pretty dedicated person, I have over 1,000 forum posts on the server(1,112). I can be very social with the community. I can help in planning and hosting events, I can help in maintaning an environment great for the server and players itself! As a staff member, I know I am not above the rules, so me myself will enforce them and make sure other players enforce them as well. I have been playing Minecraft since 1.4

I'm currently attending St. Raymond High School, as a sophomore. My goal as of growing up is to study criminal justice and persuade my dream as an officer.
There are times where I am given a lot of school work, and will have to take a day or two off throught the week, but this isn't all the time. On weekends I can provide most of my time, and on weekdays I can be on for 2+ hours (usually splitting up through out the day)
