Requirements for Admin: Must have 4+ experiences as an Admin or a Mod with a playerbase of 20-30+, 14 years of age (of course could be 13 or higher), respectful, high reputation. Be able to contribute a lot of time, as an admin we expect you to be on Atleast 3 hours a day.

Requirements for Developer:
MUST I REPEAT MUST be able to create custom plugins for the server and fix major bugs when needed. A lot of coding experience is needed.

Requirements for Head-Mod:
Atleast 3+ experiences as a Mod or Helper. Must be 14+ (Could be 13). High reputation.

Requirements for Moderator: 3+ Experiences as a Helper or Mod. Must be respectful at all times.

Requirements for Helper:
Atleast 1+ experience as a staff member. Respect everyone at all cost.

No hate intended, but even if the position was available, I wouldn't even consider accepting you, my friend. Almost anyone can make an application like that in less than 5 minutes. You put little to no effort in your application and it really decreases your chances of becoming staff on our server.[DOUBLEPOST=1459476136][/DOUBLEPOST]

Why should you be Staff? I should be granted the administrator rank because I see ALOT off stuff an everyday player can't deal with. If I had this rank I would be able to help the community further, then I can already help.. If I had this rank I would be able to help out ALOT more people that are frustrated with hackers/spammers/advertisers. I am the type of person that when someone say HELP a hacker, I would message them asking where so I can record the player and PvP them myself so I can report them. It also saddens me when I see advertisers, spammers and extreme racism when no staff is on and I can't do anything about it but say "SHUT UP!!". Also, I want to have this rank to free up high ranks time and so that they can use their time for more important things such as keeping other servers safe or the forums or just simply AFK. When I'm on it seems like there usually is some staff on or, none. Some staff sadly just leave players that start spamming/becoming toxic.

You shouldn't be given the Administrator rank due to everything you listed here, for a simple helper is capable of doing all of these tasks.

Why should you be chosen over others? I can assist the server by helping people and making sure everyone follows the rules and generally making the server a happier place. One of the most important things for me is that everyone has fun. If no-one is having any fun then what is the point of playing? I want to get rid of the dumb rule breakers because they have an unfair advantage such as fly, kill aura, forcefield etc. I could also assist the server by building new parkour, skyblock, capture the wool and new PvP maps to make sure players NEVER get bored and have an adventure (If Needed). Since I have two Minecraft accounts I can PvP the suspected hacker without the rule breaker knowing "Oh, when that staff member comes to PvP he will notice my hacks. I'd better turn them off." Since I am brilliant in Administration and System Administration I am better at Forum Moderation & Configuration etc. You can see what I can do here.

I think I would be great for this position at pevamc, as I am only young and have a lot of time on my hands.
What I mean by that is that I don't have as much homework as a normal experienced 15 - 18 year old staff

I think I would do an awesome job here at pevamc, firstly I love working with players and fellow staff members.
Secondly I have a great passion to work on servers/networks which means I will most likely dedicate my time to
the server. Thirdly I want to gain experience because I have always had a dream to become a staff member on a big
network. As you may see I am owner of an upcoming network, but that doesn't mean anything I would still be dedicating
most of my time to any server that is in need.

You do what know a head nod is? Head of Moderators. You're not supposed to have three of them, only one. Same goes for head of administrators.

I don't see any reason why there should be 1 Head-Mods, 1 Head-Mod isn't enough. 3 Head-Mods are fine with Style and I are comfortable with this many staff members. I am putting the amount of staff there should be on the server and not what people think there should be. I'm open to any opinions, currently we need 3 Head-Mods, 3 Mods, & 5 Helpers. Hope you understand. (Surface / Absolutions answered the rest)

What experiences do you have? Hello, I have been a server owner, running a network that ranged from 10-20 players and had a peak of 25 players. I am very good at setups and configuring plugins, all I really need is to know the name of the plugin and depending on if I know or I dont know the plugin, that will determine the time it takes to configure it, although I know a lot of plugins from Pex, essentials, Group Manager (decent) and many more. Now like I said I am applying for configuration developer so I dont know how to do custom plugins, but if ever needed, I have a couple custom devs from my old server that will be able to help. I am also currently managing a new server called FeatherCraft, unknown at this point but I have been setting things and configuring plugins for them so far.
Why should you be chosen over others? I should be chosen over the others because I am very dedicated and usually have a lot of time on my hands, also I am very skilled with plugins and can configure almost all Finished a creative setup in 1-3 hours.
