Requirements:

Requirements for Admin: Must have 4+ experiences as an Admin or a Mod with a playerbase of 20-30+, 14 years of age (of course could be 13 or higher), respectful, high reputation. Be able to contribute a lot of time, as an admin we expect you to be on Atleast 3 hours a day.

Requirements for Developer:
MUST I REPEAT MUST be able to create custom plugins for the server and fix major bugs when needed. A lot of coding experience is needed.

Requirements for Head-Mod:
Atleast 3+ experiences as a Mod or Helper. Must be 14+ (Could be 13). High reputation.

Requirements for Moderator: 3+ Experiences as a Helper or Mod. Must be respectful at all times.

Requirements for Helper:
Atleast 1+ experience as a staff member. Respect everyone at all cost.

Note: We will do a background check of the servers you have gave us. Be aware.

First of all, my passion is technology. I know lots about technology and and all of the newest tech. (usually) Also, one of interests are servers. (Mostly Minecraft) I, for the most part know how to setup any type of server with any type of permission, every type of kit, and with mostly any rype of plugin. Although I havent managed much servers, I am now starting to target much larger servers.

Experiences:
As I said before, I haven't managed much servers. But that doesnt mean I dont know how to. I know how to manage servers meaning I know how yo use FTP, console, players, fourms, and much more. I have owned servers in the past that have failed but that is because I never tried my best and my knowledge was low. Now I have A LOT of experiences with all sorts of plugins, commands, configs and much more.

Why do I want to become staff:
First of all, I want something to do. I usually have nothing to do when I play except PVP on Bohi. (Badlion and Kohi merged.) Not only that, I also want to grow a community and make it stronger and increase their knowledge and give them something to remember forever. I want to be able to interact with players because I cant keep my mouth shut. (Not on a bad way.) I also want towant to keep the community from hackers, trash talkers, and the worst of the worst. The Exploit Squad.

Do expect payment?
For huge servers/projects, yes I wouldn't expect it but I would hope that I would as a Admin. For small servers/projects, no I wouldn't but it would be great.

Anything else?

I'd say Moderator at most. If you really want a position of management, you'd have to do a bit better in your application. That's just my opinion, I have no official say in it.

I am currently 15 years of age.

I am currently working on a server right now as an Admin and Staff Manager and the IP is play.vipermc.net, we average about 100-400 players daily during HCF, but recently died down as we are currently under a KitMap and our SOTW will begin in June 11.

I used to work over at DrakonCraft (Owned by zDrakon), which closed not too long ago as a Developer/Owner. I typically managed and help the team along with the server and its features.

I did work on previous servers that did average 5-15 players daily, but those died within a month or so (Typical). I do not really remember the names of the servers very well as it was too many that I worked for over the past 5 years.

I also used to run my own server which averaged about 5-30 players, but closed it due to lack of motivation, school, and money.

6. When did you join PevaMC?
I am gonna be completely honest with you, I haven't played PevaMC yet, but I do have plans on changing that very soon though. I barely entered summer vacation and I am preparing my setup and all for vacation use so I can dedicate more time and work more efficiently.

7. Why do you think you deserve staff in PevaMC?
I honestly think I deserve staff as I do have lots of experience, and can help bring to the community. I am active, friendly, and helpful willing to do whatever it takes to please the community to make them happy. I understand there may be better people than me out there who are willing to dedicate more time, and working harder, but I am willing to do what it takes to help the community and its server. Another reason I think I qualify for this rank and to work at Peva is because unlike others (Not all), I am not abusive or just hungry for more power. I understand I am applying for a fairly high rank and you may think "Why is he saying he is not power hungry, but applying for such a high rank?", and I will answer that. It's because I want to help the community with as much power as I can and help the team with whatever problems that they're having quickly. I am typically on Skype almost if not all day, and do give quick responses back which not many people do. This will help not only the staff members, but the community so their problems can get resolves quickly and efficiently.

8. Have you ever received a punishment (Warn/Mute/Kick/Ban) in the server? If so, why?
Sad to say, but yes. In servers that died within a month I sometimes get banned because the owner is rouge and refuses to listen to constructive criticism, or because I made a simple mistake and when I try to fix it they wont allow me to. I also did receive a "Punishment" once when I worked over at Viper when I retired (Recently joined back), and caused a bit of drama on accident.

9. How much of your time can you dedicate to each server on PevaMC per day?
As I am currently on Viper and it's one of my main priorities, I do plan on at least dedicating 3-6 hours per day. If anything happens where I cannot dedicate as much time for whatever reason I will let you know.

10. Do you understand and agree that breaking any of the rules stated above will lead to an automatic denial?
Yes, I do understand.

11. Do you speak any foreign languages? (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese)
I do speak Spanish, but I do have plans on learning other languages such as Japanese.

Yes, I do have skype. I just don't feel comfortable posting it here though.

Yes, I do have Gyazo and OBS to help capture evidence of hackers, bans, or any sort of necessary things that require proof.
