Requesting 1 Admins, 0 Developers 3 Head-Mods, 4 Mods, 2 Helpers.

PevaMC is a Factions server in progress, it's a basic Faction server with some changes, custom crates, custom faction commands, rare gapples, custom enchants, and many more!

Requirements:
Must have over 3+ Experiences.
Must be reputable (If you've just joined it is fine)
Do not lie whatsoever!
MUST BE DETAILED!!

Requirements for Admin: Must have 4+ experiences as an Admin or a Mod with a playerbase of 20-30+, 14 years of age (of course could be 13 or higher), respectful, high reputation. Be able to contribute a lot of time, as an admin we expect you to be on Atleast 3 hours a day.

Requirements for Developer:
MUST I REPEAT MUST be able to create custom plugins for the server and fix major bugs when needed. A lot of coding experience is needed.

Requirements for Head-Mod:
Atleast 3+ experiences as a Mod or Helper. Must be 14+ (Could be 13). High reputation.

Requirements for Moderator: 3+ Experiences as a Helper or Mod. Must be respectful at all times.

Requirements for Helper:
Atleast 1+ experience as a staff member. Respect everyone at all cost.

Note: We will do a background check of the servers you have gave us. Be aware.

Attention: Asking a Manager or Owner to revise your application without previous contact will result in an instant denial. Please be patient and wait for us rather than being impatient and rushing your chances of getting accepted.

What experiences do you have?

  1. ReactiveMC: You may know of this server, It was quite popular back in the day. I was a mod on one of the servers that were apart of that hub. The server's name was PracticeZ. It was a Gun PvP server that, in it's prime, rounded out at about 100 players a day. After my demotion, the community quickly died and which caused the server to shut down.
  2. Brawl: My latest experience, a hub server that, at the time of my presence, had about 1000 people. They had just recently bought a few of MCPVP's more popular servers. I was a MOD on one of the new Build servers that Brawl had acquired. Over its three servers almost always had around 100-200 people on. It was a difficult number of people to manage but I acclimated and quickly got the hang of it. Since then it has died out but still gets 100 people on every once in a while. But if you know Brawl, Mods that are accepted are tasked with being in a position of power throughout all the servers, so I was able to staff a few different servers at the same time.
Why should you be chosen over others?

Because of my experience. I'm a strong believer of Quality over Quantity. This applies to my experiences because, although i've only had 2 past staffing experiences, I staffed both of these servers for a long time dis-allowing me two "Broaden my horizons" if you will. I've learned so much from these past experiences that I will put to work in a position on your server.

What is your Skype?

I don't feel comfortable giving out my skype, if you feel i'm ready for a position on your server, PM me on here and I will give it to you through that conversation.

Why should you be Staff?

Because over the years i've learned how to connect with the community and basically be the bridge between staff and the players. Like I said earlier in my application, i've acquired a plethora of skills over the years and with my recent resignation from Brawl, i've been looking for another server to manage. I am not reputable on this website, but have been here for a while and lurk quite a bit, looking for servers just like this one to staff.

Do you agree lying in this application will cause an automatic denial?

Completely. I wouldn't want liars working for me if I were in your position.

What experiences do you have? I have been a staff member on multiple servers. I first started out a Helper on a smaller factions/prision server named UnRealPvP. I was promoted to moderator until me and several others were kicked off the staff team because of the amount of staff members. After this I found another server I had been playing on called X-Craft. I was accepted to Trial Mod but never moved forward due to the "domain expiring"and someone else taking the ip. The owner is still attempting to bring the server back up. The most recent position was on RevenantMC. I am a moderator on this server since 2 weeks ago.
Why should you be chosen over others? I can be trusted very fast and show high levels of maturity for my age. When ever a task is asked of me I do it 100%. I am employed at a local Six Flags amusement park and I work with guest all day. I answer questions and assist them with anything they need, sort of like moderating a server. I am very flexible and can work a good to 4+ hours on the server a day. (This may change when I start school)
What is your Skype? SPAMMAN900 (excuse the childish name it was made in 5th grade.
Why should you be Staff? I should become staff because I have a lot of un-shown potential. I am a hard worker and I love progress. I love seeing servers grow and working with the MC community.

What experiences do you have? I am currently Moderator on a server that get's an average of 20-30 players a day. I used to own 4 of my own server's they all got an average of around 50 players. I have also been a Trial on SaiCoPvP a while ago until they did not accept me into the team as they decided they we're not looking for any more staff members. I also currently am a Helper on another server.
Why should you be chosen over others? I am very experienced with Permissions Ex, Group Manager, The commands for Staff in HCF e.g. /f set dtr <dtr>.

Why should you be Staff? I am very mature for my age, I have a ton of experience and can learn how to cope with what ever I should be subject to do, I am a calm nice and lovable person. I can answer questions really quickly and help out player's when in need. I make sure I follow the rules to all servers. I can make tough decisions when needed. I have had to demote some people even my friend's on my server's I have owned because of them either being too inactive, abusing or not doing their job, It was the right thing to do even knowing it ruined most of the relationships with the people. I'm exceedingly trustworthy and with what ever I am indepted to and never give up on something. To sum this up I am going to say that I think I would be a great staff member for you're team and hope you can consider me.
Do you agree lying in this application will cause an automatic denial? I thoroughly understand that lying will result in a automatic deinal. I've read countless application's that people have lied in when asking for proof and when they we're saying they are a good member.
