By requesting a plugin by any method of contact, you officially and automatically agree to the terms of service provided below.

- Refunds are not available after you've paid the 50% upfront fee.
- You agree not to present any lawsuit or legal challenge against the group J&M (found on the Spigot forums) or any of its members.
- Attempting to chargeback will result in a disclosure of your plugin as a public resource and a loss of privilege to request plugins from J&M.
- You agree not to present any of this work as your own or re-sell it.
- You may not hold any member of J&M or the company, J&M as a whole, liable for any effect the plugin may have on your server or on the
server's players.
- Bug fixes are fixed optionally, but it is any member of J&M's decision to fix a bug or not to fix a bug found after final payment.
- All requests for your project made before initial payment will be the only ones included within the final product of your compiled project.
Any requests made after initial payment are ignored unless further payment is received.
- You agree to pay the 50% fee up front before the plugin goes under development.
- You cannot chargeback our services unless given direct permission by a J&M member.
- If the plugin is in working order when viewed on the J&M test server, or a team member's private test server, it is not our responsibility to
provide plugin installation services if not working on the end user's server(s).
- All plugins are compiled with Java 8, any Java builds on the target server incompatible with Java 8 that makes the plugin incompatible is not
our responsibility.
- Any update or request made after initial payment is not our responsibility to create or add to your current project or past project.
- We are not required to send you the source code under any circumstance.
- After the final payment is made in full or halved, you are agreeing that you've seen the plugin working on a test server and that it is completely
finished to your liking. Any requests after final payment are ignored unless further payment is made.

Vouch for Phaseos, professionally developed a plugin for me in an efficient and timely manner. Their developer Webmets blew away any of my expectations out of the water.

Vouch for Phaseos, they've sold me plugins on a few different occasions. Both Dennis and Bryan never fail to deliver, they are cheap and easy to work with.

I will not vouch for this team. It took several months for half my plugin to be made with no updates unless I pestered them. By the end of it, my developer had to quit due to personal issues, which is fine, but my plugin was only half done and had a few bugs left. The next developer they put me with said he could fix it, then a week later he said nevermind and basically disappeared. I had to pester them for weeks before the owner asked if I had gotten any kind of refund from the first developer and then ignored me when I asked if anyone else could take a look at it. So I spent $150 for half of a plugin that is buggy and had horrible service. I would not recommend this team, find someone else.
