The $10 is the link you gave me, the $20 one is the one I found manually serfing the website, I'll PM you if I find anymore problems.

The $10 is the link for their budget Minecraft servers aka http://picklehosting.com/budget-minecraft. The one that has the $20 is the link for their premium Minecraft servers aka https://picklehosting.com/minecraft. They haven't added a tab for budget servers on their site yet as they are trying to see how far they can go with advertising it externally.

None of my payments are automatic, I have to do them manually.

Have you opened a ticket for them to take a look at it and be aware of the problem?

All of our plans are monthly based. We do not even have a 6 day billing cycle even setup. Please create a ticket and we will check your transaction records with us.

This should be fixable without me going and creating a ticket, you already know the problem and should be able to fix it.

I've sent you a private message regarding this issue, feel free to post anything you would like reviewing PickleHosting, but we need some private information.

I do not mean to hide anything from people wanting to read reviews about PickleHosting, but we need to get some things cleared so we can solve this issue for you.

*Edit: The issue was an unpaided invoice of a different server, the due date of the invoice is 6 days before cancellation.

Sorry for the confusion, our plans are billing in a month cycle.
