Pixel artist for ingame pictures

Hello there,

we are using a lot of maps with pictures on to display ads or informations. Here is a example for such a picture from our server:

Now we need new and professional pixel graphics (because maps can only display a few colors) for our server. So please let me know when you have experience with pixel art and pixel graphics. This is a paid job of course!
