Whether or not you prefer monetary compensation or free services, we've got a spot for you!

We take this position very seriously and expect to be paying anywhere between $80CAD - $300CAD/month to start out with this position based on your skill set. We are giving this a try, and want individuals who believe in our brand, and want to take things to the next level with us!

Great for someone who is looking for an additional income on the side with the opportunity to build a business and get their feet wet in the industry without investing any of their own money.

With time in our organization and proving yourself, you will have access to funds, as well as marketing campaigns where you will be responsible for the growth of the company.

We have worked long and hard over the years to get to this point and are ready to get started!

How do I apply?

Simply send us a small paragraph trying to capture our attention with a short amount of text, followed by a pdf version of your resume. I don't want to know where you went to elementary school, or where you play soccer on the resume haha. You may also reach out via our discord (if you're a problem solver you will be able to find the link!). If you aren't serious or aren't able to provide valid identification, do not bother applying

Kind Regards,
Niko B

You just admitted that your gross turnover is less than $12K CAD yearly, or you're simply not reporting your taxes. Calls it "more than a legitimate CORPORATION" come on buddy, you're really beating the last blood out of this horse by now it's time to stop.
Omg you got hst wrong again, you keep getting things wrong lmao keep it coming[DOUBLEPOST=1605180906][/DOUBLEPOST]

Still no tax return, tax ID or any valid information except for his so called "articles of incorporation document" - I'm done here. I was on your side but you screwed yourself over sideways. I think you can just be glad that you don't know who you're talking to, you wouldn't be making the same statements, have a good century.

Not much better, how do you turn over less than $2.5K every month and have a sustainable business, no wonder you don't pay your employees. Do you not pay rent? Electricity, gas, unexpected payments, business fees, do you not need an accountant? Other general payments such as groceries, car maintenance, fuel, oil changes. Minimum wage is 27K, there is no way in hell you're keeping 27K after business expenses without a TAX ID, so you're underpaying yourself before you can even think about an employee, I've wasted enough time here, you're the only one that clearly has no idea on how to run a business.

Okay but can we really be treating is as such though? Not every country is like Belgium, minimum wage in Belgium is 1.6K and as soon as we switch to the US that drops down to 1.1k.
Please see screenshot below. As I said, 4 days of work and you have this entire wage.

Regardless, this isn't really a job, rather a hobby, and there is no way a general manager of a hosting project puts in even a week of actual labor into this.
No, this is definitely a job. I've ran my own fairly succesful host with employees and I've worked for Shockbyte as an operations manager and I can guarantee that working for a hosting company is definitely a job. In both instances people had normal wages. You're talking with paying clients, managing IT infrastructure, generating revenue, .... A hobby is something you do as leasure and relaxing. Calling this a job alone is what makes this argument invalid. OP has also stated numerous times that is a serious position.

This is minecraft hosting, where hosting is sold for anywhere between $1 - $2/month. Being able to work from home in your pajamas to grow with our business is something a lot of people would be happy to do. It's just simply what we have budgeted for this position at the moment. We aren't going to overextend ourself on a position we are already doing just because we want to save time to work on bigger things for the company.

You will find a ton of kids selling websites for $5 on here, doesn't mean it's a great thing, but everyone knows it can be done. Just like the hosting scene, everyone expects pennies for hosting now because of this exact thing. If I wanted to pay someone to do professional level work that I personally emit, I wouldn't be hiring a 16 year old who can sit in his pajamas and build a company without spending a penny :)

You can't blame your business ethics on the industry. If you can't provide decent wages to your employees with your current prices, simply don't get any employees. You don't actually need employees if you're competent until you reach a certain a scale. And whenever you do reach that scale, you should be able to afford normal staff wages. Selling at $1/gb is suicide, $2/gb is doable.

You are obviously not taking your company seriously and you will never hit a decent scale due to this mentality. You keep talking about the advantage of being able to work in stupid pj's but I don't think that's actually attractive to anyone. People want a job with a normal wage. Being able to work from home (which many people do nowadays) and being able to wear what you want doesn't really compensate for the lack of employee care your posts show in this thread.

You can't blame poor/illegal wages on the industry. If you can't afford normal wages, simply don't get employees.

Nah I'm siding with you by now, I was convinced this was a hobby project but my guy feels like he's running Tesla out here.

You don't have to pay any taxes before $30K PER QUARTER? Damn you wouldn't survive a month in Belgium.
