My team and I are looking for a trouble shooter who is familiar with Sponge-Forge configurations for our Pixelmon Server (paid one-time small job).

We are currently working on launching a server running the latest Pixelmon mod (5.0.3) for Minecraft 1.10.2.
We are having an issue with the pixelmon mod's shopkeeper function, specifically where the shopkeeper NPCs shop lists are completely empty when you talk to the NPC (they were working fine for about a day, where we had configured them to sell items we desired in their shop).
Additionally, we could bypass the issue altogether if we could use sign-shops instead, but the sponge sign-shop plugins are not quite working either (see below)
Specific Issues with Sponge Mods:
- Nucleus (Sign shops aren’t working. I believe we have them enabled in the config, but still nothing. We tried adding another sign shop plugin, and that didn’t work either.
