Player freezing plugin needed

I need a plugin to freeze players in place in 1.16.5 and above. Requirements:

• Ability to freeze/unfreeze individual players, permission groups, and everyone in a server
• Freeze multiple individual players in one command
• Config file
• Reload command
• Configurable announcement and sound on freeze/unfreeze with support for a different announcement for each group. Announcements will be broadcast to everyone and will be in the form of a chat message and title text. Different message for everyone being frozen.
• Option to freeze everyone on login.
• /lockdown command which will freeze everyone and freeze users on login.
• Permissions to be exempt from freezing and to use the freezing features
