9 out of 10 hosting providers does that and nothing is wrong with that unless they say "it is our datacenter".

9/10 providers ran by 13 year olds...
Pulling statistics off of the top of your head is pretty reliable.

They might not be registered, and it's not necessary unless they make atleast a two digit income.

Its nice to not register a business, especially when you are 13 and running a hosting company under the table, hiding from the government who wants taxes. Committing tax evasion is just the thing to do when first starting a business.

Then once some people start reporting his stuff, such as him being 13 and not 18 the legal age to make online purchases, his 'company' will later be shut down. (Reason why hosting companies ran by 13 year olds started with their Christmas money doesn't last)

As they quoted earlier, they are still on the process of designing their website.

The website is incomplete, and missing critical information such as terms and conditions.

Point is we are not a bad hosting company, Sure we had a OS failure that wiped all clients servers clean but we're willing to make it up to them once we fix things up.

You are correct but let me clarify it real quick: It is not normal for us. It was a one time thing only due to a os disk drive failure that happened once.

How can you guarantee it won't happen again? If a user had a 25 player base, and out of no where, their files are wiped clean. They would be pretty pissed now would they?

Whatever, using a graphics which is 100% customized isn't a sin and it has nothing to do with their quality of service. Better spent money on staff and servers than hiring a designer to create 100% exclusive graphics. Appreciate your joke though.

I think you are jumping ahead of the game and assuming that you know the age details of the owners of this company, their location(and hence the laws there).
