Plugin Expert to fix plugin

I have a custom plugin that my friend got made for his own server a while back. Just started using it on my own server. But it's been known to have problems, namely it does not always auto promote players through #votes as it should be doing. Another problem is the /vr does not always log votes. As the plugin is already set up / made, i'll be paying $5 max for you to fix whatever is up with it. Vouch will also be given. Let me know here or in PM.

Perhaps a new, more improved one could be made? Not sure how worth it is to fix one that is broken, when it may be even faster to get a new one made. However, I am NO dev, so I am not sure. But, based on my config work I do, it is harder to find an error, than it is to just remake it.

I have already spent a fair bit on my server in all honesty and don't want to spend more money higher than $5, not currently anyway. It's also very likely a new plugin would null all the current logs of votes and i don't want that. The plugin i have works for the most part, but if someone i hired said it would be better to have a brand new one then i may be more open to it. But thanks for your suggestion.
