Plugin that can change the online players in the server list.

Hey, I'd need a plugin that can change the online players in the server list!
If you don't know what I'm talking about, look at this image:

So I mean this part:

I'm using PaperSpigot 1.8.8.
The plugin should:
- Have a command where I can set the text that I want there and it should be able to support placeholders from PlaceholderAPI.
- Be Java 8.
- Not use an API like PingAPI.
- Be a (paper) spigot plugin.
